1. Custom Orders Are Non‑Refundable

All products are custom-made. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns once production begins.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

We will replace defective items at no cost.

3. Issues Not Eligible for Replacement

We cannot replace items due to:

• Low‑resolution artwork uploaded by the customer

• Incorrect files

• Customer design errors

• Color differences caused by screen variations

4. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
